Did you know? The fastest time to push an orange a distance of one mile using only your nose is 22 minutes 41 seconds. This record was set by Ashrita Furman in the United States on 2 November 2007.

This and many other weird and wonderful records can be found in The Guinness World Records. Originally a book, and now a website as well, it lists records that are made and broken around the world.

Record Breakers was a TV show in the UK from 1972 to 2001. It was originally presented by Roy Castle with twin brothers Norris McWhirter and Ross McWhirter. They were be tested on their astonishing knowledge of world records. Roy Castle broke no fewer than nine records on the show himself!
