Ice Pops

Creamy Florida Pops 

Makes: 6
Prep: 5 mins (plus freezing)

You will need:

  • 300ml Sunny D (Tangy Florida)
  • 300ml coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

What to do:

  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl and lightly whisk.
  • Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for a minimum of 6 hrs

For an alternative try melting 100g of white chocolate in a bowl. Dip the ends of the frozen ice lollies into the chocolate and sprinkle with coloured strands. Return to freezer until required.

 

Fruit Salad Lollies 

Serves: 6
Prep 10 mins (plus freezing)

You will need:

  • 300g mixture of soft fruits eg. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
  • Sunny D (Fruity orange mango) 

What to do:

  • Hull and slice strawberries, halve or slice any of the other fruit if too large.
  • Arrange the fruit into the lolly moulds so they fit snugly.
  • Pour over the Sunny D to just cover the fruits. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hrs or ideally overnight.

 

Prosecco Passion (Over 18’s Only)

Makes: 6
Prep: 5 mins (plus freezing)

You will need:

  • 300 ml Sunny D (Juicy Orange Passion)
  • 300ml Prosecco

What to do:

  • Mix the Sunny D and Prosecco in a jug and pour into ice lolly moulds. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hrs.

Handy Tip:

To remove ice lollies from their moulds: Run under a hot tap for 10-20 seconds then carefully pull on the lolly stick to remove.
